5. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of custom code and design deliverables created specifically for your project transfers to you, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We retain the right to reference completed work in our portfolio as a concept or demonstration project, unless you request otherwise.

6. Limitations of Liability

VineForge Technologies will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability to you in respect of any project will not exceed the total fees paid for that specific project.

7. Third-Party Services

We may recommend or integrate third-party services (hosting, payment gateways, APIs, etc.) during a project. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or pricing of these services. Their own terms and conditions apply.
